I originally approached one of the bigger players and although they came across professional and knowledgeable, I felt like a number to be pumped out of the sausage machine.

The funeral was a beauty and everyone said so. I hope never to re-approach them again in a hurry but I will if and when I need them and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone else.
