Aileen at the Cruise Centre gave us 1st class customer service that I have never experienced anywhere. She always went the extra mile to make your travel as comfortable as possible for you. Highly recommend this company as they do other travel other than cruises, but they will always try get you the best price available.

Was overcharged twice in one transaction, the lady at the front counter was very sorry, and she gave me a $2 voucher for next time I was in store, not the value of the voucher that counted the customer service was excellent.
