The staff at Kinetic in Karratha are amazing.Being a mother of young kids, a visit to the doctor can go either way, but here we never seem to be waiting long, and we are very fond of our gp, she has scheduled us into her lunch breaks if she needs to see us on a particular day, and she always bulk bills us :)

I was a bit disappointed with my experience here. When I explained to the hairdresser what I wanted several times she kept arguing with me. I ended up going with what she insisted on, and I left dis-satisfied. I may not be a hairdresser, but I do know my own hair, and what works for it.

Customer service has always been great here. Friendly knowledgable staff, that have been very understnading on the odd occasion that I have to bring my children with me. 10/10

Grill'd burgers here are so yummy. Great view outside of the harbour, and plenty of seating available, even on busiest days we've been able to find a spot. Great location too, with plenty of small specialty shops nearby, and a short walk from AQWA

The chinese food is always very yummy here, and we have never had any problems with the service. The meals tend to be on the more expensive side though, so we only tend to visit the restaurant occasionally

We have gone through Helen 3 times for baby equipment hire, she works the business from home. Helen and her family are lovely, she has a great selection of things for hire too, and her pricing is very fair. Helen takes good care of the equipment, nothing is hired out that isnt in perfect condition :)

We took friends to the Whale and Ale, and had a great night :) Yummy food and a great atmosphere :) Highly recommended by my family, staff are very friendly

The Boat has good home-style meals. We have been here for lunch countless times and are always happy with our experience. They have toys and a little play area for the kids, the staff are friendly and the meals are out qiuckly

We really enjoyed shopping at Wooldridges Joondalup, we had to change schools in the middle of the school term, and the girls at the store were very helpful in getting everything we needed for my son. Their prices are very reasonable, and their selection of supplies is HUGE

Moby's Kitchen has been around a long time, they are very popular with Pilbara locals and travellers :) The food is always yummy, and very affordable. There is more than enough parking.
