On the 10th Nov 2017 our blinds were measured by a lovely lady from Perfect Blinds who was very professional. She informed me that our blinds would take at most 8 weeks to be ready and installed but I allowed some extra time due to Christmas. Here we are nearly 32 weeks later and the job has finally been completed today. Not once did this company ring to apologise or inform me of the delays. I had to ring them and ask to speak to the manager on several occasions. And not once was any compensation offered for our inconvenience. Perfect blinds you are not!!!
