I booked a removalist with backload removals and they didn’t show up on the day that they were booked in for or the following day that they changed it to. This isn’t the fault of Backloading Removals and was the fault of the removalist they farmed the work out to.

I was told that my $520 would be refunded back to me as they couldn’t provide me the service that I paid for. I was told that I would be refunded 5-10 business days from the date I sent through my bank details, but that hasn’t happened. Every time I call I get a voice message and no one bothers to call me back. They also aren’t responding to any emails.

I do not recommend backload removals no matter how desperate or on a budget you are. This review would have been completely different if they had decided to be honest, reliable and decent people who refunded my money I. The timeframe provided or at least responded to emails to let me know what the delay is with paying it back and providing me a new date for the refund.

I have placed a complaint to the ACCC and the ABN that was registered to this business was cancelled back in 2017 and there isn’t an active one that I could find.
