Hi, I am Sharon and I work at General Practice Plus in Hobart. We are a group of doctors and we have three locations across Hobart with about 25 doctors and we have engaged Inferno since 2013.

I guess the reason we engaged Inferno was our previous marketing company… and in the two years since I've been in this role, I have never met them or even heard from them, that’s certainly not be my experience with Inferno at all. They have been really helpful in helping us gain exposure to lots different areas and using different mediums including television, so that’s been quite interesting for us.

Inferno has done a whole heap of stuff for us, it ranges from brochure work, stationary, web hosting, televised work, social media, so basically everything we need from our marketing, Inferno does for us. I guess they have reached a broad spectrum of our patients, they do direct mail for us as well, they have done signage for us, pretty much everything that we need. Yeah, so that’s what Inferno does.

One of the key areas that Inferno has helped us with is web hosting, so we have recently created some new websites with our skin and travel clinics and one of the great things is that that Inferno just doesn't create it and just say that’s it, they give us a lot of input, we have heaps of input on it, we talk about it, we go back and forth constantly about what should go in, what shouldn’t go in and it ____ for our patients with our input, so that’s what great about Inferno.

I would definitely refer Inferno to other business. They have been really hands on in, their marketing techniques with us, we found them a pleasure to deal with, they are easy to get along. The different people that David have introduced us to, to help us along in his team are really good and approachable. They listen, they understand and they deliver.
