I have been a customer of Phil Diver Mechanic for 8 years.
He has always been cheerful, kind and honest. During the Christmas holiday period when the shop was shut, I had brake trouble. I rang Phil, he chose to open up the shop and fix my brakes. Unbelievable. He is a good man. My car has nearly 400,000 on the clock and has been routinely serviced. As mechanical issues present themselves, Phil gives me the run down of the benefits of either fixing the problem or letting the vehicle go. So far he has kept it running.
His team of workers are just as kind and polite and as hard working as he is, and it's a credit to his teaching style.
Another break down I had when the shop was shut, I had the car towed to Phil Driver Mechanics. Phil came down to the shop and waited in the rain and dark with me and my kids until my partner arrived. He went above and beyond his duties.
I wish I could find an electrician and plumber with the same work ethic.
