Sandra and her team were so helpful with the financing for my new home - from the very first meeting where we discussed my finances, what I was looking to buy, different loan options etc. Sandra helped take much of the stress out of the process for me. She prepared all of the necessary paperwork and liaison with the bank, including the pre-approval.
It took me a while to find the home I wanted; Sandra and her team were patient with me, completing the pre-approval paperwork a number of times, always staying in touch and checking in to see how my property search was going.
Once I purchased, Sandra met me at the bank to finalise the loan paperwork, communicated with my conveyancer throughout the process, and organised everything ready for settlement. I was thrilled but not surprised when the settlement went off without a hitch – thanks to Sandra and team.
