I have only recently started using Emphasis, and am now a dedicated customer, taking both my girls and my sister to have their hair done. The service has been fantastic, hair cut and blow wave is excellent and advice as to what shampoo to use to solve for my daughters very bad hair condition (post lots of swimming) has been excellent.
