Best thing I ever did!
I had a fall in 2013 and damaged my knees, meaning the less I could walk the more weight I gained, and I was already battling with my weight problem. I was in a global walking challenge and with swimming, excercise bike and walking averaging nearly 30,000 steps a day but lost no weight, actually gained 2 kilos. Swimming and bike kilometres converted to steps. I was near the end of the 12 weeks walking when I fell and ended up not being able to walk for weeks so my steps were averaged for the duration. I got heavier, had to turn to a walking stick on occasions to just get from my desk at work to the ladies. My options were knee replacements or weight loss surgery. I chose the weight loss laproscopic sleeve gastrectomy and have never looked back. The reason I went this way was it would get the weight off my knees and give me relief. It worked! It was the best thing I have ever done in my life and I have had no problems in losing the weight and maintaining it (except at Christmas this year, where I was very naughty :) ) I am now back to eating healthier and I could not praise Dr Kuzinkovas highly enough, he is a compassionate and caring physician and I would recommend him to everyone. The after care was exceptional while I needed it.
I do now need the knee replacements and they will be done in another couple of months, but my operation will be safer as I haven't got all that weight, weighing me down

Can't fault this place. It doesn't look much, but boy is the food fabulous and talk about value for money. I am sitting here eating the most delicious Peri Peri chicken burger, chips to die for and a can of drink. Try it, you won't be disappointed
