Roland just transformed my house into a palace. He arrived to a train wreck after cat, 2 puppies and my 2 grandchildren had been on a search and destroy mission. There were so many puppy puddles that I was ready to re carpet BUT it now looks feels and smells like new. Truly amazing. The best carpet cleaning I have had in 30 years at our resort so I have recommended him to all my friends and colleagues. What a lovely genuine guy.
