Had to collect medication from the High Street Pharmacy (they are connected) who advised didn't have any in stock - rang Dawson Street to organise. We drove around to them and by the time we got there they had it already to go. These guys go out of their way to help in any way they can - excellent customer service especially for a very busy pharmacy.

Staff are always courteous and if they are busy will apologise for keeping you waiting. They will ask for the everyday rewards card or discount card to get your petrol for 4cents cheaper.

Couldn't find a product - asked a staff member who took me to the spot where the product was. The check-out staff member was courteous and talkative and gave good customer service.

Went to get gas bottle filled - received a very warm greeting and how can we help? They filled gas bottle and then offered to put the filled (heavy) gas bottle in the back of my car. Paid for gas and received a warm goodbye - see you next time.

Upon entering the staff members serving at the bar greet you with a friendly hello. When you walk thru the area is very inviting and in winter the log fire is on. You line up to be seated but we have only waited a minute or so before being greeted and then seated. The restuarant has three sections and the middle section has a fish pond with running water down the window - very inviting and relaxing. Further on is a more closed in area - quite a romantic are and the other section (where you line up to be seated) is on the second level. All staff members are very polite and courteous and will go out of their way to help - great children's environment as they have toys for them to play with. The food is also very good and the servings are quite large to some other pubs we have been too. Keep up the great work.

Big W always has a great range of products and low prices and if you are unsure about anything don't hesitate to ask the staff as they are very willing and able to help out or if they are unsure themselves seek help without palming you off.
Shopping for a black nintendo ds lite for our son's birthday - looking in the secured window section only saw other colours and no black. Went over to counter and immediately a staff member asked 'can i help you' in a very friendly tone. replied that we required a black nintendo ds lite but there appears to be none in the window. Staff member politely said that she will look in their cupboard to which there was one. purchased along with a nintendo game
