I migrated to regional NSW with my husband (Software Engineer) and our 16 years' old son on 489 Regional Sponsored visa, from Kenya. We both were proudly mentored by Rajiv Sir while we were in Kenya. Rajiv Sir believed in our abilities and potential, and always advised us not to settle for less in Australia. After migration, my husband could not find his perfect job in regional NSW due to non-availability of jobs. However, our visa condition forced us to stay in this region for 2 years. While my husband was doing casual jobs to make ends meet, I was looking for Accounts related jobs, something I did for 10 years in Kenya. During this critical period of our life Rajiv Sir's belief in my abilities and skills significantly boosted my confidence and made me to believe in myself more. Finally, I found a job related to my field and now I feel contented. I've discovered that finding a job in Australia is much related to bringing the paradigm shift in your thinking which CLA tremendously helped us with. We cannot thank Rajiv Sir and CLA team enough.
