Have visited this store several times in the past couple of years and only once had to wait a very short time for service. The staff are always bright and cheerful and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Most importantly they are honest and there is no hard sell.

Most recently we went to purchase a digital camera and the salesman was only too happy to pop in a memory card and charged batteries for us to try out the camera, tnen transferred them to a computer so that we could see the quality of the pics, then gave us a fantastic price on the camera.

Can't recommend them highly enough.

Have difficulty getting service here at ANY time.

Recently visited camera department before 4.00pm, waited then left at 4.30 without having been served as there were NO staff in the area.

They recently advertised a 4 day camera sale, with a minimum of 20 per cent off compact digital cameras. Went on first day of sale and sales person denied any knowledge of sale (didn't bother to check when I queried it) and offered just $5 discount on a $298 camera.

Returned the next day, with a print out from their website detailing the sale and when the sales person finally got around to serving us after everyone else in the sectionl we received a 20 per cent discount (on a different, more expensive camera than that previously mentioned) off the price that was in their system, not the shelf price which was significantly lower.
