I had some old favorite boots repaired here when the sole had worn out totally from the boots . Frank was very quick having them repaired within one day. The quality was great and not too expensive.

The owner gives personalized service to his customers. He recognizes me even though I only visit once every three months. He has friendly approachable manner and makes you feel comfortable in his cafe.

The food is good. However the location is a bit small.

We went to Dr Nigel to have my son's front tooth extracted after the nerve died. Considering that our son was very active the only option given was to have my son go to hospital and have it extracted under general anesthetic, which we did. This just cost a lot. If we did not have health insurance it would have cost a bomb.

He explained everything that was going to happen and how it went. There were no complications with the surgery and we were satisfied with everything.

Service is slow and the customer service from reception and the ultra sound technicians varies depending on who you get. Being the only provider in town, there is no sense of urgency from staff. The did not give the proper diagnosis the first time and I had to revisit for another scan. As the specialist was not satisfied with the quality of the first scan.

The setting is really nice with fantastic ambiance however if you are having lunch the service is slow and it takes at least 30 minutes to be served even when the cafe is almost empty. Presentation of food is good and the food tastes good. But don't expect to have a quick lunch here.

I eat here several times a year. The food is good and the serving size is large. They are reasonably priced and give you a hearty meal for your money.

We visit here when ever we are in Sydney. The sushi is fresh and there is a good variety. The plates are all $3 except for one special color which is $3.50 per plate. Each plate has two big pieces of sushi or several smaller pieces. Much better value that the other sushi places that are nearby.

This is a truly authentic dinning experience. The food is traditional Malay and the beef rendang was great - the meat just fell apart and was properly spicy.

The food is presented well and tastes good. We always make sure that we have a desert when we stay here as they are great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Financial planning- setting up a superannuation for myself and a managed investment for my son's future education need were done here. They were very helpful, friendly and gave a lot of advise but I must admit that I work there in a different department (not involved at all in tax or the financial planning department)
