Chess Removals, did a great job of helping pack and load our belongings to relocate to the Sunshine Coast, but when our belongings arrived and boxes and furniture were obviously missing they took no responsibility and were quick to blame their agents in QLD. they never returned any of my phone calls (6) despite promising to do so and to find out where our belongings ended up. We highly recommend you use someone else for peace of mind.
