Robert and his team have managed our business' IT for 2-3 years now. We're a small / medium consulting agency with ~15 computers. Previously we've used one-man-bands who haven't always been available, or able to fix issues. With downtime being the biggest concern when things have gone wrong (usually related old hardware) they've leapt into action and been great at getting us going.
