Having never thought I'd be purchasing a property, I came through the front doors of this branch knowing less than the bare minimum. I was intimidated, bored and more than a little fearful about the process. Vu alleviated all of these things. He made time for me, and wanted to. Every minute aspect of the loan was broken down and made accessible for me to grasp, and most importantly, this was done with passion and respect.
