Wow - what an amazing attitude! I rang seeking a repair kit and rather than sell me something I didn't need, the person I spoke with willingly and cheerfully explained how I could do it myself using a few bits and pieces from Bunnings. He clearly had a passion for not just shades in particular but in wanting to be genuinely helpful as well.
