IM SOOO DISAPPOINTED :( I went in for a simple toner for blonde hair, and walked out with dark BROWN hair. No consultation...no one once showed me a colour sample! The hairdresser ignored my complains and insulted me several times before bank-robbing me - $165! Plus $60 for some stupid protein gel she told me (after insulting me.) Am too scared to ask for a refund but will NEVER go back. Avoid this hairdresser at all costs.

Also had to wait 30mins before they started. Awful experience
