Got fantastic customer service from a lovely staff member, Hayley. Even though it was Christmas chaos in the Joondalup store, she was incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to help me out. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
WORST florist - paid $$$$$ for a beautiful and special bunch of flowers and balloon for my Mum's 80th birthday - asked for special care as it was just a month after Dad had passed away. Mum received a squat little throw-together with (apparently) the last flowers leftover that day worth about a third of what I paid - and they forgot the balloon, so it just looked like another sympathy bunch of flowers to remind Mum that Dad was gone - it was meant to be feminine and pretty and the balloon was to clearly distinguish it as a birthday celebration. Flamingo Florist couldn't have cared less and didn't even have the decency to apologise.
