First time going to EHC and I am not going back. To begin with, the staff were not genuinely nice and welcoming, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The younger staff seemed very unprofessional as their conversations amongst each other included inappropriate language. I heard the word a$$hole at least 3 times. A young hairdresser constantly made it obvious that she was disgusted by my hair, which didn't make me feel so good either. Perhaps the poorest service I have received in any Canberran hair salon.
