I am extremely disappointed, I ordered a Parmi for lunch which is what I order at most places. when my meal came I took two bites and was unable to eat any more due to the ridiculous amount of cheese and oil. when the lady came to collect my plate I mentioned it to her assuming I may be offered another meal or maybe even a refund or atleast an apology.( as i do understand people make mistakes and I was quite polite) nothing was offered so when I went to pay for my $23 parmi I asked if I could at least get a discount because my food was uneatable. I was told I can have no discount and also told that, that is how parmi's are made they come with lots of cheese. I felt as if I was being talked to like I was stupid and had never eaten at a pub before. yet little that they know I used to work at a pub that was renowned for the parmi's.
my family regularly eats here but after our terrible customer service and the quality of food that was given we will be going else where from now on.
