A good place for cheap drinks early (before midnight) on a night out. It's a bit seedy, but you can eat, play pool, and chill out. You can also go dancing. I wouldn't spend my whole evening there, but would stay for an hour or two.
This is a good place to start at when going on a pub crawl on a Saturday night. They have cheap drinks before midnight normally. I've never had the food, so I can't comment on that, but otherwise it's ok.
A clean and friendly atmosphere, although I did have to wait some time before seeing a doctor. I've only been once, to get some stitches removed when my GP was away. I'll be happy to go back, but only when I am unable to see my regular GP.
The food here was lovely, which was expected because it was expensive! Try to get a table next to the window, the view of the city is amazing and very romantic. For dessert I recommend you order the apple and rhubarb crumble...simply delicious!
This store has just opened in Homebush. It's a deli, cafe, continental grocer and also has fruits and vegies. The range of continental foods is amazing! There are many hard-to-find items. Once you've finished shopping, you can have a cup of coffee and cake. Some items are a bit pricey, but otherwise i'll be coming her often!
I visited Dr Campbell to get a cyst removed from my eye. He was good at explaining the procedure, but a little cold which was hard because I was scared! He performed the procedure well. The best part of the experience was the friendly receptionist!! She was so lovely and helped me when I was upset.
I've been to this hair salon once, a few weeks ago, and I'll be back! The staff are friendly and good at what they do. They also have a rewards program where you can earn from 5-30% off a hair cut, depending on how many times you visit. I was so happy with my new look after my visit!
I visited Dr Maze when I was experiencing heart problems. He was a good doctor, although a little cold and detached. He helped sort out my problems. It was expensive, but that's to be expected!
This restaurant is lovely, and the food is great. The only problem is that they are very busy, and you feel as though the staff are rushing you through your meal. As soon as you've finished eating, the plates are cleared and you're given the bill. Makes the experience a little disappointing.
A good medical centre, however they charge $30 that can't be claimed through medicare. i also needed to wait for a little while, but that's to be expected at a medical centre! and it's next to the shops, so if you're not feeling too sick you can buy things for yourself after!
Approximate cost: $30
