The quality of the Meat is good; however the attitude of the butchers is very poor. I had one of them with a runny nose, during winter (last flu season), rub their nose with their hand and then use the same hand to pick up the meat and put into the plastic bag. When I ask them to please wash their hands or use the plastic bag to pick the meat, they gave me a dirty look. And now when I go there they give me a shifty look. I've also asked them to cut whole Steak to a size I specify so I can get more meals out of a Whole Fillet or so I can cook the meat more quickly, but they never listen. They cut it the way they want. I can do a better job slicing the steak myself. Give up on this place, good product let down by poor staff. I did spend about $300 to $400 a year there and would have spent over $1000 if they could follow some simple hygiene and get the slicing right, but I'm going elsewhere now.
