TERRIBLE experience.

The flowers didn’t seem fresh firstly.
Secondly - things I asked her NOT to do specifically, [removed name] did.
And things I SPECIFICALLY asked for, [removed name] didn’t do at all.

Flowers from down to the colours and types of flowers and bouquet. Everything was wrong.

DONT use her, she has zero care factor and didn’t refund anything nor did she reply to me after the wedding day or aknowledge anything she did wrong nor give any explanations.

She also - after THREE DETAILED MEETINGS we had together - kept getting the invoice wrong and had missing bits and pieces. I had to go back and forth EIGHT times with detailed emails that she clearly didn’t read properly until she got the invoices correct.

If that wasn’t a red flag for me to run - I don’t know what would be.
