This is exactly how I was feeling before experiencing Ravel Therapies and it was such a positive turning point in my life. Sunil and Stella are wonderful people who are there to listen and really help you in many ways. For me, it was improving my emotional state, gaining more confidence in myself and improving my skin (rosacea). I had very little knowledge about Kinesiology and how it might help me but once I had spoken to Sunil and Stella I was really intrigued and was eager to learn more. My first experience of Ravel Therapies was a relaxation massage from Sunil who was able to fully relax all my muscles and highlight to me where the tension was specifically in my body and how I could improve this by regular exercises. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the massage and truly felt the benefits after. My main cause for going to see Stella was about my rosacea and confidence and after two treatments I started seeing and feeling the benefits. My first session with Stella was extremely powerful and released an incredible amount of emotion that I didn’t even realise I had trapped. Stella is able to communicate with you and your body in such a special way that is able to release any imprisoned emotion you may have. Throughout the treatment Stella takes a lot of time and effort to find out what your body is lacking in and what your body needs. The feedback given to you from the sessions are informative, detailed and really give you a new focus and direction in your life. It is worth every penny! The only reason why I haven’t gone back for another treatment this year is because I had to move out of Sydney. Fortunately, I will be returning at the end of the year to enjoy more treatments.
