Susan & her team were wonderful in refinancing our 5 mortgages to another bank. We did not want to cross collateralise so it was a LOT of paperwork to go through. Susan will fight for you if things are not right with the bank (which she did for us & got us our $3000 cash back). Her team are constantly emailing and/or calling to give you progress updates on your application & they also follow up AFTER settlement to check everything is in order.
