I did the sleeptalk program with Emily and I'm blown away with the changes I've seen in my 9yo daughter.
She always seemed so nervous and anxious over everything, she had no friends and hated school.

Within the first week of doing the process, her teacher asked us what we were doing as she was actually participating in class and hadn't cried all week.
9 weeks on and She is so much more calmer now, and she seems so happy within herself.. she has made a couple of close friends and has gained confidence. She even wants to try a new sport next term, which prior to doing this process was out of the cards.

I cannot recommend Emily enough. She quite literally has changed the lives of everyone in my family. If you are having any troubles with your kids Emily and the sleeptalk process is the way to go.
