Claire, with Marks support, arranged our father’s funeral. They were attentive and sensitive to the many emotions, needs and wishes we had. Not knowing much about funeral organisation, they gave us ample room to explore what we imagined we wanted whilst giving gentle prompts about the reality based on their experiences.
