I would recommend you watch what’s written in the contract. They missed a couple on mine and was a pain to change it.

Also had a disagreement with something else agreed verbally, but written on the contract differently. Whilst we lost a bit of money over that, the manager did actually give some freebies to us as compensation.

You never know if it was just misunderstanding or not, but at least they acknowledged are grievances and tried to make us happy. Just make sure that the contract is what you agreed as they will in force what was on that even if not what had been agreed verbally.
