From our initial phone conversation (where he explained in detail my options and as to what he thought was the best plan of action ) through to the inspection and baiting that he undertook on my property. Extremely thorough. Took lots of photos up on my roof so that he could explain and show me where the entry points for the pests to enter where and how we would get them blocked.
