This is the second job Adrian has done. A repair to shower tiles falling off, several rows to be removed and replaced. Checked soundness of all tiles, replaced faulty ones, regrouted, siliconed and sealed properly. On the previous job, similar but bigger in another rental property, he also checked the tiles in an adjoining toilet room while waiting for things to dry and reglued several tiles that were coming loose and regrouted them for nothing while he was there.

Brian came to my home and spent several hours explaining how the government scheme NRAS could help us invest in property and be POSITIVELY geared from day 1 (in other words make money from the start!).
