Above all, honesty. Clayton and his team do quality work and make sure we are always informed about what is needed before they do the work. I have been using Macs for at least 10 years and they have never skipped a beat in the excellent service and value they provide.

MAC's have never set a foot wrong in the 8+ years we have been taking our vehicles there. Clayton and Peter have always been honest, have never done any work without consulting us first and offering options, and have done it all without charging an arm and a leg. They are also very pleasant to deal with and the customer service is exemplary.
