This business provides customer service that is second to none. My very first order with them was lost by Australia Post after they tried to deliver it when I wasnt home. After a few days of Australia Post searching for my package with no result, I contacted this business to let them know what had happened in case the package was returned to sender. They offered to replace my item for free, even though they were clearly not at fault. Luckily Aussie Post ended up finding my item a couple of days later and no replacement was needed. However their fantastic service has found them a return customer in me.
Their prices for my cats flea treatments were very competitive and I will be shopping again with them soon.

I have ordered books from The Nile on a number of occasions now. Their prices are often cheaper than the bookstores and I like the ease of browsing on my home computer. They have free postage on orders over $45 whcih is my favourite thing about this online store. Highly recommend

Every month I buy my families Optus prepaid mobile credit from Instant Pins. Almost every month they have this on special so I get to save a couple of dollars. They also sell prepaid credit for Telstra and Vodaphone. When I had to make an enquiry, I found the website owner Charlie Cheng friendly and helpful. Good value site and easy to use. Would recommend

Great place to get a reasonably priced hearty meal.They even have FREE bands on Sat and Sun nights The food is delicious, surroundings are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The club is currently doing renovations which will extend their carpark as well as other areas inside the club. Looking forward to seeing the results. I will definately be back to visit this club again!

Just love this store! Always a bargain to be had in every department. I cant go to town with out going into their shop for a browse. Perfect for all your electronic needs, from TVs to DVDs. They always have very knowledgable staff working to help you with questions and selctions. Prices a so competitive, I never have to pay full price for my dvds, they always get a turn at being on special at JB!

I love going to Metro Hair. The business owner, Narelle, couldnt be friendlier. She always has a smile and is up for a chat. My whole family has their haircut at her salon and we have always been happy with her work as well as her good value prices.
Her salon also does tanning and waxing if you need these services too. Highly recommend!

NQR is the place to visit before you go to the supermarket. Lots of bargains on many many items. Great place for ice - cream, cheese, yogurt and similar items that you will normally pay lots for in the supermarket. The kids will also love the amount of lollies you can buy for $2. NQR is allround value

If you want some lovely homemade pasta for lunch then this is the place for you! They also sell lovely gourmet sandwhiches and rolls, fritattas, olive bread.......and its all just yummy! Prices are excellent and service is great. This business also includes a gourmet deli and Bay City Fisheries. Best place for lunch in all of Geelong!

I have sent 2 emails of enquiry to this business, dated 16th Sept 2010 and 1st Oct 2010. Emails were sent to [email protected] which is the contact address on their website. Neither email even received the courtesy of a reply. (and their reply didnt go in a spam folder as I do not have one)
I thought the business owners may be ill or on holidays, so I looked their business page up on facebook and it has been very active.
Just not good enough.
