Michael was fantastic.
Phoned him first thing in the morning when we discovered our hot water service was broken. After a quick discussion about our needs he organised a new unit for us, and even installed it that afternoon on his way home so that our kids (and us) would have hot water.
He was absolutely first class, friendly and approachable, cleaned up the area and took the old unit away after finishing, and sent the bill through afterwards.

On a side note: Although we were completely happy with the job, I actually called two others afterwards to get an idea on pricing to make sure it was fair. So I was even happier to find that his pricing was also a little under theirs.
