I contacted Alec after finding that my Wertheim vacuum cleaner hose had started to fall apart. After a few questions, he identified my particular cleaner as having an unusual part that Wertheim only fitted for a couple of years, and of course, it was not a part that was available as a factory spare...Alec was unfazed, and proceeded to modify the 'standard' factory hose with an after market part, and had it delivered within 3 days. To top it all off, the replacement hose appears to be of better quality that the original.

Top service, great knowledge and fantastic personal service. Refreshing to experience this sort of service in this day and age. Can't recommend Vacuum spot highly enough - well done guys.
