Had an old holden restored then sent to this professional painter to finish preparation and paint,finish product turned out outstanding until 5 weeks later the clear coat cracked and he will not accept any responsibility at all, passing job off as someone else's fault other than his own when only clear coat at fault, i do not recommend to anyone having a car painted by this person!

UPDATE: Painter has agreed and accepted responsibility and will fix/repair paintwork on car and it will not leave his shop till its %100 right this time at no extra cost to me, so far so good. thanks womow

UPDATE: Painter has refused to answer my countless amount of phone calls, everyboby else can get hold of him but myself??? He has ignored me for past 2 months while i was waiting for his phone call to say he is ready for it but no contact at all!
I have decided to follow this up with my solicitor and settle this in court due to the fact that i feel i have been taken for a ride and deceived by this person. I will be asking for my money back since i feel that there would be no heart left in re-painting this car from this painter and i would not receive a paint job that he would be proud of since he wont contact me in any way at all,ie not interested!

i do not recomened this painter to anyone! period

Since last august no contact as usual, then just before xmas he says when can u get it to me accepting resposability! The car was taken back to his workshop in brighton! Now that car has been with him for last few weeks finaly i then get a txt msg on the 16th january saying that he thinks that he is not the cause to the problem? I will be following up with my solicitor with this issue towards Perfection Mobile Paint and owner... the cost of this has risen due to towing fees back and forth,time in storage,regerstration for vehicle while not on road,not to mention car shows that it had been organised to appear in-ie loss of entry fees/bookings etc...I feel this person has just strecth this problem as long as this for some reason but unsure of what intention?? Again would not recomend this painter to any1.....!
Its cost me a further $2450 to sandblast the entire car to remove his poor workmanship he left for me to clean up.
Painter has refused resposibility for this problem and turned his back and this isuue will be settled in court.

Aftrer talking to many many many people im not the only 1 thats had trouble with this particular painter,alot of people have been sayin the same thing!
aftr that last remark a defamation of charachter charge will now follow!!!!!
