We have engaged Wayne for 2 big events - 90th birthday and a 60th birthday. Both times he was very accommodating with our special requests and the food was amazing. He and his team are wonderful friendly and very professional. We would definitely use them again. Our friends kept talking about the delicious food and unique flavours for some weeks after! Great team!
