Brett was on time, very friendly and perfectly professional. He worked hard to complete the job within the time frame that I requested - even managing to do an additional rug that hadn't been quoted on. The end result is even better than I had hoped. I almost can't believe how well the rug came up and Brett included it in the original price - no extra charge. A service I am very happy to recomend.
