Because they have a 5star rating on Google, I decided to go with Clean house Melbourne. I booked them for my spring clean and we have agreed, over the phone with Mimmo, on 6hrs. On the day, the cleaner was supposed to arrive at 8am. I've organised myself but NO one showed up. At 9am, I rang Mimmo, who for whatever reason, lost all his messages in his iphone8 plus and he was not able to reach me or access the details of my booking!. I believed him and in one hour, he was in my house with 3 cleaners (instead of 1), and apologizing in person. What a human being. Not only that, I left my home very happy because Mimmo is a VERY trusted person. Not only they have done an excellent spring clean, but they have given me 1hr of cleaning extra for free to apologize for the inconvenience. WOW! Never heard of this!
I strongly recommend them for any cleaning and above all as a very trusted cleaning company. Mimmo, you are truly a business gentleman.
