David has been my trainer for some time now and i actually really look forward to my workouts with him. I do a mixture of one on one with him and small group classes. I especially love the boxing. He's a very encouraging trainer but knows how to push and drive you also. highly recommended!

New cafe in the area, very friendly service, food is really great, good variety, hot chocolate specialists! The pasta carbonara was especially fabulous.
