First time using this site to send a gift to family in WA. The website is fantastic. .it was so easy to customize the gift basket I chose and really appreciated the choices re.ribbon colour and packaging. Only site I've seen that has an option to include a book which really makes the gift more personal. Finally - the gift was delivered within 24 hrs which for a NSW based site is outstanding. Awesome service
