Pawsi footrest is good. Don’t recommend buying from this store unless you don’t care what colour you end up with. I ordered the Mishka & Meg plate in ocean green colour and they sent me orange without checking a substitute colour was acceptable. Then when I emailed about them sending the wrong colour, they ignored my email. I went on live chat 8 days later and they claimed they never received my email, but it was in my outbox and details were correct. They offered me alternative colours but I ended up agreeing to wait 4 weeks for the Ocean Green colour to come back in stock. 4 weeks later they didn’t contact me, so I followed up & they just offered me the same different colours again, without any explanation as to why they didn’t have stock of the correct colour as promised. Then I asked for a refund & they ignored me for over 2 weeks until I went on live chat again and questioned them… they said Virginia only works on weekends Yes I did eventually get my refund after 2 months but what a time waster this company was! Poor customer service. Won’t be shopping with you again.
