Very professional builder, Binai made us feel very comfortable explaining the procedures needed to be done and what to expect.
In the past we've had builders do works at our house and shut off water supply, bathrooms inopperable for days but Binai ensured we were minimally disturbed during the process, and informed us well in advanced if there was going to be any disruption, with with progress reports and pictures, I highly recommended him to all our friends.
