We used Glenvill to build our dream home and were lead to believe that they were a good company with all the awards they had been given. It was great while we were at the design stage and before we signed. But once we signed and got to the construction phase.....every little thing you could imagine went horribly wrong, from brick work not matching colours, frame work being out of level plaster being not straight and had to be redone 3 times fireplace being in the wrong way air conditioning in the wrong position and I can keep going. Do your home work and get an expert on your side to go through the entire construction processes, other wise you will have nightmares like I did.
