Went into Big W on Sunday afternoon and approached a lady who stated that she does not normally look after the floor area but is in the Office normally. We asked her if she would know where they keep food covers (like mosquito net covering) and she looked in every department kitchen, camping, appliances, manchester, etc. however was not able to locate one so she offered to call around all the Big W store in the attempt to locate one. The lady telephoned us back later that afternoon and stated that she was unable to locate one at present but would call us if she did. We were totally impressed with the extent that this store member went to serve us and assist us in every each way. Fantastic service and impectable customer care.

We were travelling through Mundubberra today when the hunger pangs hit us. Thinking that because today was a Public Holiday nothing in this sleepy little town would be open but we were surprised to see La Famille Cafe opened. We popped in and were amazed at the fantastic offer and range of food and were very impressed with the prices. We decided to enjoy lunch at the Cafe and the enjoyed a salad sandwich and chicken burger with aoili and we thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. Service was wonderfully quick considering how busy it was with other customers and orders. Fantastic little cafe, great prices and wonderful food. We will be back next time we are coming through Mundubberra.

Fantastic service especially as we live out of town and I performed a purchase over the phone and organised it to be picked up later that day from another person. They were also happy to order specific icing supplies in for me.

We have just booked our first cruise with 10 people coming along so a group booking can be confusing and difficult however ASHLEIGH MOLVOLD at ECruising made it so very easy and uncomplicated. We bounced about 10 emails back and forth with little questions that arose and Ashleigh was more than happy to answer all questions promptly and fast. Ashleigh also managed to book our cabins next to each other even with the ship being close to full capacity plus get us all a competitive price. Fantastic service and amazingly patient travel agent. Will definately book through ECruising again.

On Friday we contacted Best Cruises however was not greeted by the best customer service as we were spoken to rudely by a female staff member. Sadly this is not the first time this has occured when contact Best Cruises.
