Service started out great, technician was lovely and did the job quickly and was very helpful. However I felt rushed into making a decision on the spot to have the antenna replaced without getting much chance to get quotes from other companies. After the fact, I got cheaper quotes by over $100 from other companies. So I decided to do a little detective work and rang [redacted due to personal identifier] pretending to be a new client requesting a quote for the exact same things I already had them do. He quoted me $50 cheaper than what I paid. When I revealed to him who I was I got shouted at and told very sternly that he could quote me whatever he wanted and that they quote depending on how busy they are and I paid more on the day because they were busy. Funny he didn't mention this when he quoted me. I gave him the opportunity to credit me the $50 as I felt it was taking advantage of me on the day and overcharging. He offered $30 even though quote "he didn't have to". Seems [redacted due to personal identifier] has a serious disconnect on customer service especially in this case after sales service. so do your homework before booking these guys because [redacted due to personal identifier] doesn't care about service when tested in my opinion and I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of.
