To whom it may concern last year my sister booked in to get half head of foils and a cut at Head Studio Perth City when my sister was getting her hair cut, Amy had hacked my sisters hair and didn't receive the right colour and foils that she had asked for, it was really sad and horrible what my sister has been through with the salon and very disappointing,upsetting and embarrassing and was wondering if there is anything that can be done about this. On Wednesday my sister had booked in for a colour at Maurice Meade in Whitfords, the girl that did her colour didn't do the right colour and my sister's hair turned out very dark which she didn't ask for, my sister's hair was very uneven and frizzy, she was very disappointed by this, she rang the next day to get it fixed, the girl that was suppose to fix her hair, didn't fix my sister's hair, my sister was very disheartened, disappointed,sad, embarassed and upset, the girl that spoke to my sister was very rude to her, my sister has spent a lot of fuel going back and fourth to get it fixed and the girl said to my sister to thank her for the colour that she did and didn't do any colour on her, it was very wrong for the hairdresser to say this to my sister, it was very disappointing, sad and embarrassing from tania, as a company its not good to be ripped off and to be spoken to like that.

a few weeks ago I had a face wax done at Fashion nails Joondalup after the face wax my face was really red, itchy and burning and had bumps all over my face and had a face rash and infection due to the waxing and was really horrible and wanted to get a cash refund and had asked them if they do cash refunds and they said no and thought it was a bit unfair and was really upsetting and hurtful and embarrassing and had asked them if I could get a cash refund and they said yes and then they said no that they could only give me a refund on my bank card and had paid by cash for the waxing and thought it was unfair and unjust, its really horrible and disgusting how they treated me, would really like a cash refund for the waxing experience that I have had, thanks from tania
