I had a Reiki session at The Blue Butterfly Healing Rooms and it was great. With a 2 year old to run around after, all day, I don't have time to relax so I was surprised when I actually fell asleep through the session. Michelle also did a short Reiki session on my toddler. My toddler was a bit standoffish at first but calmed right down pretty quickly.. I was so relaxed and can't wait to go back. You have got to try it!
